Parts Order

Boulet Lemelin Yacht offers a product order service. Following your order, your items will be automatically reserved in your name. Please note that the reservation delay varies depending on the time of year.

From September to April, parts may be reserved for a maximum period of 60 days.

From May to August, the parts may be reserved for a maximum period of 30 days.

Regular item in inventory

In order to reserve a regular item in inventory, a 25% deposit will be required. This deposit is refundable provided that you request a cancellation confirmation number. Regular inventory items are those that are found on our website that are not marked "on order".

Special order piece

We also offer specialized parts ordering service. Although our product inventory is vast, we can order parts other than those on the website to meet your needs. Do not hesitate to call our team of experts to find the part you need. When it comes to special order, the total deposit of the amount of this piece will be required and it will not be refundable.

Order Cancellation   

Cancellation of order for a product in regular inventory

Regular inventory parts can be cancelled at any time. However, you must contact us to obtain an order cancellation number and save you the related costs (storage, storage inventory and transportation). Regular inventory items are those that are found on our website. Sometimes some of these pieces are "on order"

Order Cancellation for non-regular inventory produced

A special command that has already left the supplier's warehouse can’t be cancelled, unless the supplier accepts the return. In this case, only the cost of transport in both directions and the cost of inventory return will be payable.
